Together, we'll explore how your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, levels of stress and relaxation, your personal story and more, profoundly impact your metabolism, digestion, assimilation, calorie burning, and nutritional status.
The initial consultation is similar to going on a first date. You might feel a little nervous at first and I'll be looking forward to meet with you. I'll ask questions about your fascinating life and listen. I want to learn about you, about your story, so I can make an assessment of how I can accompany you on your journey to where you want to go.
This is nothing like speed dating; we'll take our time. Our first meeting will last 90 minutes.
First date rules: Be on time, show up as yourself, i.e. be genuine, be present (remove distractions like your phone, or open applications on your computer), choose a nice spot, quiet enough for conversation, have a vision of what you want to achieve from our meeting, relax and enjoy the experience.

There is now an engagement on our part to work together. We will deepen our connexion. We will explore your life story to find out how you can get "unstuck”. We will let the natural flow of the conversation carry us to important details.

Information isn't enough, accountability through working with a coach is truly transformative. Working with a coach, you get someone (me!) who will help you define baby steps that move you towards your goals. I will guide and support you, furthermore helping you see and celebrate your mini-successes as well as the bigger ones and examine your setbacks to keep you moving toward your objectives.

How long will our relationship last?
There are three types of relationships in life: Some are meant to last for a reason, some for a season and some for a lifetime. Our relationship can last as long as it is meaningful and fruitful. I can accompany you on your journey all the while you need my support to get to where you want to go. As it takes time to unlearn old patterns to get us where we want to go, our relationship may last from anywhere between six months to a year, and maybe more.
